Yes. There should be equal access to energy for everyone. Grasslands and forests distribute energy in the form of carbohydrates to all plants and bacteria via vast mycorrhizal networks. Even tree stumps without any leaves are kept alive.

Water vapor is the largest greenhouse gas by a factor of a thousand. If we could foster or better manage local water cycles it would go far to addressing climate change, reducing energy demands and improving quality of life everywhere.
